Beta Channel Release of Chrome for Android now Available in the Play Store

Do you enjoy beta testing products in order to be “first”? Then you’ll definitely want to download Chrome Beta. Chrome Beta will give you the opportunity to test all the latest features of Chrome for Android as Google works on refining them and preparing them for final release.

Google has been working towards a unified version of Chrome and this Beta Channel is here to speed that process up. Chrome Beta is based on Chrome 25 and features better HTML5 support and JavaScript performance. While you’ll find a host of new features and improvements, you’ll also find these non-Stable channel releases to be a bit problematic. Of course, that’s the point, otherwise you wouldn’t be downloading this.

If you’re worried that downloading this will result in being stuck with a non-stable version of Chrome for Android as your daily browser, don’t be. Chrome Beta can be loaded alongside the current version ensuring you can still access a stable build should you want or need to.

If you’re interested in being a guinea pig (in a good way) for Google, hit up the Play Store link below to download Chrome Beta version 25.0.1364.8.
